How many Agile Coaches do you have?

A while ago I published another LinkedIn article asking “Who hires Agile Coaches?”.

Now I’d like to know:

How many full-time, permanent coaches do these companies have on their books, and what is the ratio of coaches to developers?

Envato’s ratio is around 1:20. They are trying to increase their coaching capability in the near term to 1:15, with an eye on 1:10 in the future.

Can you help me with some numbers for your company, or any company that you know has Agile Coaches?
